南方航空货运物流（广州）有限公司(以下简称“采购人”)现对 (略)年澳洲地面卡车联运服务项目 进行竞争性谈判采购。
1、项目简介

2、供应商资格要求
2.1 具备道路运输等监管卡车运输资质，并具备一年以上运营经验。所持有企业营业执照和道路运输资质两年之内均在有效期内。
2.2 属中性监管卡车公司，不经营航空货运代理业务。
2.3 公司信誉和经营情况良好，具备一定的行业口碑，未发生过重大安全事件或纠纷，具有独立法人资格和承担民事责任的能力。以往与南航合作过程中，未发生严重违约事件。
2.4 供应商公司总部位于澳洲。
2.5 新卡车承运商必须经过南航当地营业部实地考察并完成推荐表。
2.6参与南航危险品承运站点竞价的供应商必须具备危险品承运资质。
3、供应商报名

逾期送达的报名资料恕不接受。报名资料接受以电子邮件形式发送的签字盖章文件扫描件。原有签约服务供应商无需报名，只需按接收的采购文件要求编制响应文件。
3.3报名资料：(略)“供应商资格条件”的要求，并在报名时间内提交以下报名资料：
（1）报名登记表（附件1）；
（2）法定代表人证明书（附件2）；
（3）法定代表人授权书（非法人代表）（附件3）；
（4）营业执照和道路资质证明复印件。
（5）供应商须按照“供应商资格要求”中的要求逐项提供对应的证明材料。
4、竞争性谈判文件的获取
4.1 采购人将在(略)年 7 月 10 日(略) 时(略) 分前以邮件形式通知通过提交报名材料的供应商，获取竞争性谈判文件的公司将参与项目谈判。
4.2获取竞争性谈判文件时间：(略)年 7 月 10 日。
5、响应文件的递交
5.1 响应文件递交的截止时间（第一次报价截止时间）为 (略) 年 7 月 15 日 (略) 时 (略) 分，指定接收文件邮箱为truckbidding@csair.com。
5.2 逾期送达的、未送达指定邮箱或者不按照竞争性谈判文件要求提交的响应文件，采购人将予以拒收。
5.3响应文件接受电子邮件，但以采购方收到文件的时间为准，请供应商准备好签字盖章扫描件。

Bidding Project (CZ(略))
In (略), China Southern Australia Road Feeder Service business will invite the contractual cooperation partners and potential service providers to participate in the Bidding Project. The relevant content of this bidding project as follows:
1. Bidding Project Name: (略) Australia Road Feeder Service
2. Bidding Number: CZ(略)
3. Service content：(略)Road feeder service from Australia online stations of CZ to other offline cities.
4. Participation Requirements
? Neutral road feeder service provider with road transport qualification authorized by the government for at least one year, and the qualification will be effective for the next 2 years.
? Do not belong to any air cargo agent or forwarder.
? Good reputation and operating conditions. No serious security incidents or disputes occurred in the past period.
? The road feeder service provider’s head quarter should be in Australia.
? New road feeder service provider should be recommended by CZ local Office.
? The road feeder service provider should have Dangerous Goods Carriage Qualification.
5. Bidding Document Acquirement：(略)The participant needs to provide the scanned copies of business license and road transport qualification certificate and finish the Prequalification List. After passing the qualification evaluation of China Southern, the participant will obtain the Bidding Document.
6. Related Costs
The participant shall bear all the costs of this bidding project no matter what the bidding result will be. China Southern shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred during the bidding process.
7. Deadline for Registration
? Registration time：(略)July 5, (略) – July 9, (略), (略)：(略) The participant shall submit the Registration Form (see Appendix 1) and Legal Representative Letter (see Appendix 2) via email to China Southern and request for Prequalification List.
? After getting the Prequalification List from China Southern, the participant shall finish it in before July (略), (略) and send the signed copies to China Southern, otherwise it will deemed invalid registration behavior.
8. China Southern reserves the right to explain the terms of this bidding project.
