项目概况：旅大6-2油田新建1座8腿中心平台LD6-2 CEPA，物流首先进入生产/计量管汇，经三级脱水、脱气处理为合格原油，经输油海底管道输至SZ(略)-1 CEPO平台，通过栈桥与SZ(略)-1CEPN平台处理后的合格原油汇合后，经外输泵输至SZ(略)-1 CEP，再外输至绥中终端。LD6-2 CEPA平台脱出来的伴生气，经增压后与来自锦州(略)-1S的外输天然气汇合，作为燃料气供给透平发电机组。LD6-2 CEPA平台分离出来的生产水与水源井水经处理合格后，直接在中心平台LD6-2 CEPA上回注地层。

2.资格标准：
★投标人所投的火气探测及报警设备应为制造厂家的成熟产品，买方不接受新试制产品。在投标截止日前十年内，投标人所投产品（火气探测报警设备,包括火焰探头，可燃气探头，氢气探头，烟探头，热探头，声光报警设备，FM(略)释放/抑制报警设备，手报报警站，弃平台按钮，可寻址火灾报警盘）应具有至少两个项目在海洋石油平台或FPSO上运行两年及以上（从调试验收报告签字日期或使用方出具的运行时间证明文件起计）的业绩（其中业绩参考规模按照渤海井口平台项目KL(略)-4，设备数量不低于以下要求：(略)(略)个，火焰探头(略)个，热探头(略)个，烟探头(略)个，氢气探头2个，声光报警设备(略)个，FM(略)释放/抑制报警设备(略)个，手动报警站(略)个，弃平台按钮3个，可寻址火灾报警盘1个），并提供相应的书面材料（书面材料是指：(略)

Overview:LD6-2 CEPA is a new 8-legged central platform in Luda 6-2oilfield. Logistics first enters the production/metering manifold. It is treatedas qualified crude oil by three-stage dehydration and degassing. It istransported to SZ(略)-1 CEPO platform by submarine pipeline. After the qualifiedcrude oil is combined with SZ(略)-1 CEPN platform by trestle, it is transportedto SZ(略)-1 CEP by external pump and then to Suizhong terminal. The associatedgas released from LD6-2 CEPA platform is supercharged and merged with theoutgoing natural gas from Jinzhou (略)-1S to serve as fuel gas for Turbine units.After the production water and source well water separated from the LD6-2 CEPAplatform are qualified, they are directly injected back into the formation onthe central platform LD6-2 CEPA.

★TheFire & Gas Detection/Alarm Devices that VENDOR supplied should be matureproducts for manufacturers. Thenewly trial products is unacceptable. Since in recent (略) years to thebid deadline,the products that VENDOR supplied (include：flamedetector, combustible gas detector, hydrogen gas detector, smoke detector, heatdetector, alarm strobe and bell, FM(略) manual release/inhibit pushbutton,manual station, APS station, Addressable fire alarm panel) should have at leasttwo projects which had successful applications in offshore platform/FPSO fortwo years( From the date of acceptance of delivery or the certificate issued byUSER).
