Bidding Notice

( 2 ) the bidder must be a registered user of China international tendering network ( www.chinadding.com ).
( 3 ) the bidder must be the manufacturer of the invested product or the legal agent effectively authorized by the manufacturer, and provide a copy of the special authorization or agency certificate of the equipment manufacturer ( except that the bidder is the equipment manufacturer ), affix the official seal of the bidder, and register with the tendering agency and purchase the bidding documents.
( 4 ) the bidder shall not have any interest with the buyer or the tendering agency.
( 5 ) if the bidding products of more than two bidders are produced by the same manufacturer or integrator, it shall be calculated by one bidder.
