在杭州国际人才创业创新园，有着这么一批高端人才，他们来自不同国度，有着不同肤色，讲着不同语言，但都选择中国追逐自己的梦想。

今天跟大家见面的是我们的“国际咖”003号——Majdi Alhmah（马吉帝）。

马吉帝（Majdi Alhmah）毕业于美国纽约理工大学，2006年到中国工作至今。是2013年中国政府友谊奖获得者,也被评为“改革开放40周年最具影响力的外国专家”。目前在吉林长春BFCChina任副总经理兼董事，也是杭州万道海才科技有限公司及“聘道网”的创始人。

Graduated from the New York Institute of Technology，Majdi Alhmah has been working in China since 2006. He is the winner of Chinese Government Friendship Award in 2013, and is also named as "the most influential foreign expert on the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up".At present, he is the deputy general manager and director of BFC China in Changchun,Jilin province, and the founder of Hangzhou Wandaohaicai Technology co., LTD and "JobTube".

马吉帝于2006年8月代表外资企业BFG集团从巴林来到中国，在吉林长春与中国北车合作组建了BFGChina，投资规模6000万人民币，并一直出任公司高管职务。于2006年为中国高铁引进了2项核心技术：整体卫生间模块及导流罩。公司目前是中国高铁及全球高铁（澳大利亚、西班牙、法国、德国、以色列）的重要供应商,成为日本高铁行业唯一非日本的核心部件供应商。

On behalf of foreign enterprise BFG group, Majdi came to China from Bahrain in August 2006, and set up BFG China in Changchun with CNR, reaching an investment scale of RMB 60 million, and has been serving as asenior executive of the company. In 2006, it introduced two core technologies for China high-speed railway: integral toilet module and flow guide cover. At present, the company is an important supplier of high-speed railway in China and high-speed railway in the world(Australia, Spain, France, Germany and Israel), and the only non-Japanese core component supplier of high-speed railway in Japan.

马吉帝作为奋斗于中国高铁行业的少数外籍高管之一，10年来见证了中国高铁事业的长足发展，也持续贡献着自己的力量与智慧。2015年，中央电视台国际频道耗时半个月，为马吉帝录制了一档纪录片，详细地记录了马吉帝作为资深外国专家在中国工作及创业的经历。

As one of the few foreign executives working in China's high-speed rail industry, Majdi has witnessed the rapid development of China's high-speed rail industry in the past 10 years, and continues to contribute his strength and wisdom. In 2015, CCTV International spent half a month recording a documentary for Majdi,which detailed his experience as a senior foreign expert working and starting a business in China.

作为地道的“中国通”，马吉帝也十分热衷于为高端国际人才与企业嫁接资源。早在2010年，他就在国外商务社交网站linkedin.com成立了China Expats and Returnees Jobs,专门面向外籍与海归人才招聘和社交平台。目前，该论坛人才数量达到13.4万，位居国内同类论坛之首。2016年马吉帝带领技术团队开发并上线了国内首个专门面向外籍人才的中英双语招聘平台“聘道网”，包括网站和APP，真正当起了国际人才的“红娘”。因受到杭州市拱墅区外籍人才政策的吸引，马吉帝于2018年申报拱墅区“运河英才”计划并成功入选，项目被评定为B类。

As a true "China hand", Majdi is also keen to graft resources for high-end international talents and enterprises. As early as in 2010, he founded China Expats and Returnees Jobs in linkedin.com, for foreign and overseas recruitment and social platform. At present, the number of BBS talents has reached 134,000, ranking first among similar BBS in China. In 2016,Majdi led the technical team to develop and launch the first Chinese-English bilingual recruitment platform for foreign talents,"JobTube", including website and APP, and became the"matchmaker" for international talents. Attracted by the foreign talent policy of Gongshou District in Hangzhou, Majdi applied for the "Canal Elite" programme in 2018 and wasselected successfully. The project was finally rated as category B.

在拱墅区政府及园区的真诚邀请及帮助下，马吉帝于2019年将聘道网项目从长春搬到了杭州国际人才创业创新园（拱墅园区）并注册成立了杭州万道海才科技有限公司。目前“聘道网”用户包括腾讯、阿里巴巴、京东、梅萨德斯奔驰、沃尔玛、亚马逊、谷歌、苹果公司等企业，以及全国各地的外籍人才。同时，“聘道网”拥有外籍人才微信社交平台，包括超过200个微信群，约4.3万人；以及英文微信公众号JobTubeDaily，订阅用户4.9万人，45万阅读量，是全国阅读量排名第三的英文媒体。

With the sincere invitation and help from the Gongshu District government and HITEIP park, Majdi moved the JobTube network project from Changchun to Hangzhou International Talents Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park (Gongshu park) in 2019 and registered Hangzhou Wandaohaicai Technology co., LTD. Currently, JobTube's users include Tencent , Alibaba , JD.com , Mercedes-Benz , Wal-mart , Amazon ,Google and Apple,as well as foreign talents from all over the country. Meanwhile,JobTubehas a WeChat social platform for foreign talents, including more than 200 WeChat groups, about 43,000 people. And the English WeChat official account JobTubeDaily, with 49,000 subscribers and 450,000readers, is the third most read English media in China.

这样的优秀项目，杭州国际人才创业创新园区（拱墅园区）从项目接触初期到最终落地，实行全程跟踪、紧密对接、精准服务，第一时间解决企业评审、落地、入驻、运营等过程中遇到的问题，助力企业稳着陆、奋启航、勇向前。这个月拱墅园区在省市有关部门的指导支持下，成立了杭州国际人才俱乐部，马吉帝也有幸成为了第一位入会成员。

Such excellent project, HITEIP implements all-the-way tracking, tight butt, accurate service, from the project early exposure to eventually fall to the ground, for the first time to solve problems in review,landing,occupancy and operation process, help enterprise steady landing,courageously set sail, brave forward. This month, under the guidanceand support of provincial and municipal departments, Gongshu parkestablished Hangzhou International Talents Club, and Majdi was lucky to be the first member to join in.
