祖国大陆离台湾最近铁路进入通车“倒计时”

24日晚，随着几声汽笛长鸣，两列分别载重2000余吨的货运列车，驶上福建平潭海峡公铁大桥——世界最长的跨海公路铁路两用大桥。

作为福（州）平（潭）铁路关键性工程，这座大桥正在进行6天的静态荷载试验。与此同时，施工者正在铁路全线紧张进行“精调作业”。这些工作都是为福平铁路下个月开始的联调联试做准备。

经过近7年建设，祖国大陆离台湾岛最近的铁路——福平铁路已进入通车“倒计时”。联调联试后，福平铁路有望于今年底前开通，届时火车将直达福建第一大岛平潭。距台湾新竹仅68海里的平潭，是祖国大陆离台湾岛最近处。

福平铁路全长约88公里，设计时速200公里，有16座隧道、34座桥梁，与多条公路铁路线临近或交叉，施工难度大。尤其是平潭海峡风大、浪高、流急、岩硬，曾被视为建桥“禁区”。

“精调作业”是新建铁路联调联试前关键的工序，对钢轨轨距、水平和空间扭曲进行多次精细调整，确保线路开通后列车平稳安全运行。

在福平铁路乌龙江大桥，几十名工人在轨道间紧张有序地操作着各种设备，他们每天要完成约2.5公里铁轨的精调作业。

建筑面积约5.4万平方米的平潭高铁站已到收尾阶段，预计10月下旬交付。

国家于2010年设立平潭综合实验区，探索建设“两岸同胞共同家园”。为更好发挥平潭作为台胞台企“登陆”“桥头堡”功能，福平铁路平潭站在设计、技术和规模等方面都进行了提前规划，建成后将是全国铁路客运站中规模最大的侧平式站房，远期高峰旅客发送量为1500人，还预留了进一步发展建设空间。

“平潭站正面的几座塔楼，看起来像海岛上的灯塔，寓意引导思乡的游子归航。”平潭综合实验区铁路建设办公室主任丁玉仁说。
