哈尔滨地铁2号线轨道铺设全线贯通

25日，哈尔滨地铁2号线气象台站轨道道床浇筑完成，标志着哈尔滨地铁2号线一期工程轨道铺设全线贯通，为后续开通、运营奠定了坚实基础。

据了解，地铁2号线一期工程共设19座车站，由江北大学城站至气象台站，全长28.7公里，是哈市首条穿越松花江的地铁线路，运营后将承担哈尔滨城区南北两岸过江交通任务。

为了减小地铁列车运行产生的噪音，地铁2号线一期工程铺轨全长62.37公里，其中57.917公里采用了无缝线路焊接技术，钢轨焊接接头4633余个。焊轨时采取国内先进的移动式闪光焊轨机组，除道岔区、缓冲区、设计有缝线路及车档安装位置外，将区间内的25米标准轨条焊接成一根无缝长轨，形成跨区间无缝线路，降低了列车运行中因轨道接缝过多而产生的噪音及对乘客带来的不适感，实现了焊接过程电脑自动控制和轨道对接“零误差”。
