格库铁路全线实现长轨相连

8月25日，格尔木至库尔勒铁路新疆段完成长轨换铺工作，格库铁路全线实现了“千里一根轨”，投入运营后将听不到火车与钢轨之间的“咣当”声。

中铁一局集团格库铁路铺架项目部经理黄克军说，近年来，随着我国普速铁路不断提速升级，500米长轨开始逐步替代传统的短轨。按照设计，格库铁路全线铺设的钢轨为500米的长轨，每段长轨通过无缝焊接连在一起，使全线形成一条全长1213.7公里的无缝轨道。在新疆段，沿途有许多隧道和桥梁，因条件限制不具备直接铺500米长轨的条件，因此采用先铺短轨再换铺长轨的方式推进。500米长轨是从内地远距离运送到库尔勒的，单趟需7天左右的时间。

格库铁路新疆段自2017年6月3日由库尔勒开始铺轨，采用换铺法施工，先铺25米长的短轨，随后换铺成500米长轨。7月21日，格库铁路新疆段短轨铺设施工完成，实现了与青海段铁路的相连。此后，施工人员加紧开展换铺长轨工作，于8月25日完成长轨换铺，使新疆段与青海段实现长轨相连。

“使用25米长短轨铺成的铁路，钢轨与钢轨之间会留有一定缝隙，虽然安装方便，但火车行驶存在‘咣当’的噪声，列车平稳性相对较差。此次格库铁路全线长轨贯通，使得列车速度不仅更快，而且更加平稳安静，舒适性大大提高。”黄克军说。

格库铁路是国家重点铁路建设项目，自青海省格尔木向西经乌图美仁、甘森、花土沟，翻越阿尔金山后进入新疆。目前全线已实现长轨贯通，新疆段年内将开通运营，届时新疆将形成以兰新铁路和兰新客专线为主通道，额哈铁路为北通道，格库铁路为南通道的“一主两辅”交通格局。
