General Statement of DICP

1. DICP accepts an offer based on a standard plant configuration, however the specified plant function shall be fulfilled.

2. DICP was informed that the preliminary estimation based on Tenderer’s technical requirements and scope of supply of the present bid show that the offer might exceed the indicated budget. To reach the indicated budget, DICP accepts to exclude some components and services of the current scope, which includes:

   1. No outlet valves for turbines (unless supercritical one) in the cold box. It means the requirement of the turbine on-line replacement could be neglected and to exchange a turbine, the cold box must be warmed up.

   2. The gas analyzer for the cold box could be an option. The option shall be clearly stated in the offer as a package for DCIP to evaluate.

The following technical details were addressed and accepted by DICP.

• DICP confirmed, that vendor can offer standard KAESER compressor design.

• The gas analyzer is equipped with only one inlet/outlet connection for one sample gas measurement (DICP will decide to install a sample gas header with manual valves to choose and switch between different sample ports).

• One additional air-in-He analyzer to be included in the scope of supply.
