光催化合成反应系统由光化学反应系统、循环系统、光源及适配器等部分组成。配置双层夹套式设计,以精确的控制反应光-辐射区的温度并能阻止外热传导和辐射或环境温度波动(特别是低温下的光反应过程)对反应体系的影响。配置降膜设计,充分并均匀的吸收波长光的能量。配置强制循环系统,有效避免因物料各部分光吸收不均匀而导致难以控制的副产物产生、反应重现性差等现象。具备反应过程量热功能。

The photocatalytic synthesis reaction system is composed of a photochemical reaction system, a circulation system, a light source and an adapter. Equipped with a double-jacket design to accurately control the temperature of the reaction light-radiation zone and prevent external heat conduction and radiation or environmental temperature fluctuations (especially the photoreaction process at low temperatures) from affecting the reaction system. Equipped with falling film design, fully and uniformly absorb the energy of wavelength light. Equipped with a forced circulation system, effectively avoiding the occurrence of uncontrollable by-products and poor reaction reproducibility due to uneven light absorption of various parts of the material. It has the calorimetric function of the reaction process.
